Construction permit cost

       When greenfield investment is considered, the purchasing land prices range from 1 Euro/m2 in rural areas up to 1000 Euro/m2 when purchased from private owners, depending on location and type of investment. In case of municipality or state ownership of the land, the bidding price starts from 1Eur/m2. The investor must pay fees for connection to the communal infrastructure and water supply.

          Costs for commercial space lease in Skopje range from 10 euro to 12 euro per m2 per month, depending on the type of the building and the location of the venue.
